• This calculator is designed for a maximum loan tenure of 30 years or 360 months.
• Each row in the Amortization Schedule represents information for a specific month only.
• Whenever there is a change in the Interest Rate, enter the new Rate in the month when it changes.
• Whenever there is a change in the remaining tenure, enter the remaining tenure in the Proposed Tenure in the month when it changes.
• Whenever there is a change in the EMI, enter the new Proposed EMI in the month when it changes.
• If there is an EMI moratorium, enter 0 in the Proposed EMI in the month moratorium starts. When the EMI restarts, enter the EMI value in the Proposed EMI in the month when it restarts.
• Always prepay the loan before the last EMI to save on any extra interest paid in the last EMI.
